Regional Field Service Mechanic Tech Technician Engineer Maintenance Repair Maintain Install Troubleshoot Machine Repair Machinery Plastic Injection Molding Molders Injection Blow Extrusion Molded Plastics Thermoforming _ .

Leading provider of Plastics Processing machinery seeks field service technician for Chicago area territory. Must have experience in diagnosis and repair of injection mold or similar machinery.

SHALL:

Troubleshoot and make corrections as required to all control systems, calibrate machine to achieve optimum performance

Perform initial installation, set up and validation.

Order replacement parts, troubleshoot and diagnose problems with any control system, repair-replace parts as required

Instruct service technicians and-or customer operators on the maintenance and safe operation of injection molding systems

Provide regular and effective written reports to the Service Manager

SKILLS:

Knowledge of blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot electrical-electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems

Knowledge of plastic & injection molding processing

Excellent communication skills
