About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive projects within Carrier Transicold's Truck/Trailer business segment and ensuring that products meet customer needs and market requirements. The position will lead multi-functional product development teams, including identification of team members, allocation of resources, development and maintenance of individual and group/development team objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed according to these plans.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure project goals are met.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. Advocate for additional funding when necessary.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives. Provide updates on project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure standards are maintained.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, proposals, and meeting minutes.
  
  Required Qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the transportation or manufacturing industry
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
    • Familiarity with truck trailer manufacturing processes and industry standards
      • Strong interpersonal skills, communication and leadership
      • Customer focused
      • Ability to interact constructively with diverse teams, including international elements
      • Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities
      • Strong product quality tool knowledge and practical application experience
      • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
      • Strong verbal and written English skills.
      • Willingness to travel as needed to oversee project sites and meet with stakeholders.

        Pay Range:
        $109,456 - $191,938 Annually
