  • Staff Management:
    • Recruitment and Hiring: Identifying and recruiting qualified core and agency nurses and allied support staff.
    • Performance Management: Evaluating performance, providing feedback, and addressing any issues per the performance management process.
    • Scheduling and Staffing: -Ensuring adequate staffing levels and managing schedules to meet unit needs.
    • Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for entire team.
    • Patient Care:
      • Quality Assurance: Monitoring and ensuring the quality of patient care provided by team. -
      • Communication: Facilitating effective communication between nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
      • Problem-Solving: Addressing patient care issues and resolving conflicts that may arise.

      • Operational Management:
