Responsibilities
Provide oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care
staff
Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities
as assigned
Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
Take possession of the med-cart when the situation warrants
Qualifications & Skill Set Required
Valid RN License/Permit to work as a GN in the state of
Pennsylvania
Point Click Care (PCC) experience is desirable, but not
required
Empathy while providing exceptional nursing care
Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or
Rehabilitative facility
Have at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
