One of New York's top hospitals is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Manager Perioperative Services to join their healthcare team near Elmira, NY!This full-time, exempt role involves coordinating activities within defined areas, providing clinical and administrative leadership, and fostering a collaborative, professional environment. The Manager of Perioperative Nursing will play a key role in implementing the organization's vision and mission, driving quality patient care, and ensuring effective management of nursing staff and resources. The idea candidate will possess at least five years of clinical experience, a New York State nursing license, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or a commitment to acquire it within two to three years). Certification in a nursing specialty is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.The RN Manager of the operating room will oversee standards of care and professional performance, with responsibilities that include staffing, budgeting, planning, and evaluating patient outcomes.
