  Agency switches not allowed by facility Requirements:
  - Telemetry Experience
  Required
  - RN License NY License
  ONLY
  - Two 2 Years Experience
  - Level 1 trauma facility experience
  - Pre/post op trauma surgical experience
  - GSW and MVA experience
  - Trauma PCU experience is preferred but not required Short Description:
  Schedule-D/E/N ROTATING SHIFT SCHEDULES Every Other Weekend EOW Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit Needs 36 hours.
