RN Clinical Leader - Full Time Evenings (5x8s), EOW, Holiday
Minimum: One year of nursing experience. Full Time Evenings (3:00p-11:30p) 5x8s, EOW, Holiday as needed


Graduate of an accredited School of
Registered Professional Nursing. Professional Nurse licensure




Under the direction of the Director of Nursing - LTC and in accordance with established policies and procedures, oversees the operation of the nursing units and personally or through subordinates, provides clinical supervision to employees assigned to the various nursing units.
- Assures quality resident care through teaching
and supervision of staff on respective shifts.
- Communicates with Director of Nursing and/or Nurse
Manager regarding identified and potential unit problems and collaborates with Director
of Nursing and/or Nurse Managers to resolve problems. Contacts Director of Nursing on off hours for
Makes sound administrative decisions in the absence of the Director of Nursing and the Administrator - LTC (off-shift/weekends) within identified scope of responsibility.

Are you available to work the required shifts as outlined? (Full Time 5x8s, evenings, every other weekend, holidays if required)?
