Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Claims Examiner to provide
claims support by reviewing and processing complex health care
claims.
Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and process medical claims based on standard
operating procedures
Examine claims for appropriate coding and manually adjust pended
escalated claims
Communicate with external stakeholders to resolve claims errors and
ensure compliance with reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
1+ years of experience processing medical, dental, or mental health
claims
1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
processing 50+ claims per day
2+ years of experience in a metric-based environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
