Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated X-Ray Technologist to join our healthcare facility in Rochester, NY. As an X-Ray Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the diagnostic imaging department, operating X-ray equipment to obtain high-quality images of patients' internal anatomical structures. These images will aid in accurate diagnoses and treatment planning. Your role will involve preparing patients for procedures, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.

*Key Responsibilities of the X-Ray Technologist:*
* *Operate X-Ray Equipment* - Efficiently operate X-ray and related imaging equipment, following safety protocols.
* *Patient Positioning* - Position patients correctly by adjusting equipment and using immobilisation techniques.
* *Collaborate with Healthcare Teams* - Work closely with physicians and radiologists to determine appropriate imaging techniques.
* *Radiation Protection* - Practice radiation safety to minimise exposure for patients and staff.
* *Image Evaluation* - Assess images for technical quality, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

*Requirements of the X-Ray Technologist:*
* BLS Certification (required)
* ARRT Certification (required)
* 2+ years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist
