Here's why you should consider joining us:* *License Reimbursement* - We support your professional development and licensure needs.* *Certification Reimbursement* - Stay ahead in your career with ongoing support for your certifications.* *Referral Program* - Earn bonuses for referring talented healthcare professionals to our team.* *Health Insurance* - Full coverage to ensure you and your family are protected.* *Sick Pay* - Additional paid time off to ensure your well-being.* *Travel/Flight Reimbursement* - For out-of-town assignments, we've got your travel covered.*Key Responsibilities:** Prepare the Cath Lab: Ensure that all equipment, supplies, and medications are ready and properly set up prior to procedures.* Assist during Procedures: Work alongside the Cardiologist to perform a variety of cardiovascular interventions such as angioplasties, stent placements, and pacemaker insertions.* Monitor Patient Vitals: Track and report patient vitals during procedures, taking appropriate action when necessary to ensure patient safety.* Operate Imaging Equipment: Manage and troubleshoot complex imaging systems such as angiography, echocardiogram machines, and intravascular ultrasound.* Perform Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all imaging and lab equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and functioning to prevent delays or malfunctions.* Administer Medications and Contrast Agents: Assist in administering prescribed medications and contrast agents as directed by the Cardiologist.* Provide Patient Care: Ensure patients are comfortable, well-informed, and cared for throughout the procedure, providing support and reassurance as needed.* Document Procedures: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all procedures, patient data, and outcomes for medical records.* Follow Safety Protocols: Strictly adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patients.* Stay Current with Advances: Regularly update your skills by staying informed about new technologies and best practices in cardiovascular procedures and imaging.*What We're Looking For:** BLS Certification (required)* ARRT Certification (required)* RCIS Certification* 2+ years of Cath Lab Technologist experience in a clinical setting*Why Rochester, NY?*Rochester is a thriving city with a rich history and vibrant cultural scene, offering everything from museums and art galleries to great restaurants and outdoor recreation.
