JOB SUMMARYAssist IT Department with all job responsibilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and routinely service all hardware and software. Provide technical support to fellow employees. Hardware, software and network installations and repair. Troubleshoot software, hardware and network problems. Inventory computer and network hardware/software. Provide daily maintenance of season pass, turnstile, scanners & P.O. S. equipment. Perform routine audits of all systems and all departments to investigate and repair any potential problems. Other duties assigned by management. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must be available Monday-Sunday. Valid NYS drivers license required. Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Other. Experience in the field of information systems. Supervisory experience preferred. Good communication skills required. Good telephone skills required. Must be able to bend, lift, carry and perform other duties involved in installing and checking hardware.
