Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday with rotating weekends -
Salary: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour - based on experience
Shift differential offered for weekend, evening, and night shifts -

  We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated -Resident Care Aide.
  Resident Care Aide Responsibilities include:
  
  
  - - - -Assisting our memory impaired residents to complete tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining the residents' dignity and promoting their independence
  - - - -Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights
  - - - -Maintain and document proper records of care
  - - - -Immediately report changes in resident's condition to the supervisor: - -evidence of illness, changes in behavior, personal care needs not being met, medication issues, residents' whereabouts unknown, etc.
  - - - -Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities
  
  Resident Care Aide Education & Experience:
  

  
  - - - -High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  - - - -Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA, Home Health Aide-HHA, or Personal Care Aide-PCA certification preferred or as required by law
  - - - -One year working in a care giving capacity preferred
  - - - -Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required
