Job Description:

Entre Computer Services is hiring for an IT Deployment Technician for a 4- week contract project with our client in Rochester, NY.

Ideal candidates can expect the following responsibilities and will have some or all of the qualifications listed.

Responsibilities Set up, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop workstations, monitors, and peripherals.


Install and configure Windows operating systems, software applications, and security tools.


Perform imaging of devices using standard deployment tools (e.g., MDT, SCCM, or equivalent.


Record events and problems and their resolution in logs

Qualifications Proven experience as a deployment technician or other customer support role
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills
Customer Service mindset
