Results-Driven Experienced Aesthetics Sales Representative



We're looking for a high-performance sales professional to join our team as a Patient Counselor (Sales Professional) - someone who thrives on connecting deeply with people, leading them through life-changing decisions, and closing in-person consultations with confidence and compassion. This is a consultative sales role where your primary responsibility is to meet with prospective patients, understand their goals, and enroll them in our Transform 1 program to help them lose weight, tone their bodies, and reclaim their confidence.

What You'll Do:



--- Conduct in-office consultations with new leads and walk them through our program options.
--- Build deep rapport, handle objections with empathy, and confidently close same-day consultations.
--- Use our proven sales scripts and systems to guide conversations while bringing your unique energy to the process.
--- Track performance in our CRM, follow up with prospects, and keep your pipeline moving daily.
--- Study, practice, and role-play consistently to sharpen your skills and increase your close rate

Responsibilities:
--- Conduct in-person consultations with prospective patients, guiding them through our Transform 1 program offerings and identifying the best fit based on their goals.
--- Build deep rapport and trust quickly, creating a safe and empowering environment where patients feel heard, understood, and confident in taking the next step.
--- Confidently present program options and pricing, handle objections with empathy and clarity, and lead clients to a clear buying decision during the consultation.
--- Follow our proven sales script and process while learning to infuse it with your own style and tonality as mastery develops.
--- Track consultations, follow-ups, and conversions using our internal CRM system to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
--- Continuously sharpen your skills through training, coaching, and role play - always working to improve your close rate, communication, and impact.

Qualifications:
--- Proven Experience In In-Person Consultative Sales - Preferably in high-ticket or emotionally driven environments (fitness, aesthetics, wellness, medical, etc.).
--- Strong Emotional Intelligence and People Skills - Can build trust quickly, make clients feel seen and understood, and guide them confidently to decisions.
--- Obsessed with Performance and Results - Self-motivated, competitive, and thrives in high-stakes, goal-driven environments.
--- Excellent Objection-Handling and Closing Skills - Comfortable leading conversations through fear-based objections like price, hesitation, or needing to speak with a partner.
--- Coachability and Hunger To Grow - Open to feedback, driven to master proven systems and scripts, and eager to continuously improve.
